CAMP Offers Portfolio Management By Highly Trained and Experienced Community Association Managers Throughout VA, DC and MD

We select our portfolio managers based on the needs of each community and then we provide them with the highest level of support and technical tools available in the industry.  Effective portfolio management can only be achieved by not over-loading managers.  The industry average for portfolio managers is 10 or more communities.  CAMP managers have no more than 5 communities to ensure our clients receive the most reliable and accountable service anywhere.  Even then, managers need solid support.  CAMP provides that support every day through professional collaboration, back office support personnel and CiraConnect software to track and execute the wide range of daily tasks required.  The principals of CAMP remain involved in the oversight of every one of our client communities!

Our portfolio managers provide oversight and support for the site staff, if any, and are involved in annual planning and budgeting for the community.  They prepare RFP’s for services and review all contracts prior to presentation to the Board for consideration.  Portfolio managers review insurance coverage and manage all insurance claims.  Contractor oversight and property/amenity maintenance is a fundamental responsibility of the Portfolio Manager when there is no site staff.  Our portfolio managers either prepare or assist site staff in preparing Board meeting packages and in formulating recommendations.  We work effectively with committees and support volunteers in their assigned tasks.  Our portfolio managers are fully engaged in the community’s concerns and are experienced in supporting Board’s in the business affairs of their associations.
