A leader in the management of common-interest communities for more than 25 years, Susan is a seasoned executive who is highly regarded for her superior leadership, organizational and financial management skills.  Susan founded CAMP to bring progressive management services via a locally owned and operated company to community associations in the Washington Metropolitan area.

Prior to founding CAMP, Susan served as the President & CEO of the two largest management firms in Northern Virginia.  Susan also worked with developers to consult for some of the largest and most successful communities in our market.  Susan has extensive experience training managers and board members alike, and is a Certified Mediator.
